Objectives of the Air Show
The objective of the 2011 Air Show is to continue to enhance community relations with our neighboring communities. By opening our gates to the public and delivering a free, world-class Air Show to the Lowcountry, is just one way to extend our sincere thanks to the steadfast, Lowcountry citizens for their unfailing support to the Air Station year-round. It also allows us to continue to educate the community on the mission of Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort as a whole.
As a secondary objective, the Air Show is an opportunity to showcase all branches of military service and provide the local community the opportunity to interact with their local recruiters and better understand the role the military plays in supporting the overall defense of our nation.
School Visits of the Air Show

Supporting Our Troops
Any profits generated from sales at the 2011 Beaufort Air Show will be used towards support programs and activities for the local marines, sailors and their families.
Opportunity for Local Charity Organizations
In 2009, the MCAS Beaufort Air Show invited local charity organizations to man various locations throughout the show in return for a large share of revenue generated at that location. This unique opportunity led to thousands of dollars in fund raising for the local organizations who chose to participate. We will be offering the same opportunity to our communities’ charity organizations in 2011. If your organization is interested, please contact Mike Dilley at 843-228-1547 or Stephanie Connelly at 843-228-1587.
